"Stop sign running freeloaders", that's what some in Chicago are calling cyclists and want to institute a $25.00 annual "cycling tax" according to an AP Article
What do you think? Should cyclists have to pay a cycling tax? Please leave your comments below

I understand where you are all coming from but as an individual, it would bother me to pay some kind of yearly fee, bicycle sales surtax, or the like. I could afford it easily and to be honest it would be worth it if only to shut some people up.

I'm generally against taxes, therefore don't wish to see cyclists taxed. Cyclists should stop at traffic lights and stop signs. We should encourage cycling rather than discouraging them.
